IAS Senior Fellow Honored with IEEE Photonics Society Aron Kressel Award

IAS Senior Fellow LAU Kei May, Fang Professor of Engineering and Chair Professor of Electronic and Computer Engineering, is selected as the sole 2017 honoree of the Aron Kressel Award, an award given annually since 2000 by the IEEE Photonics Society. She was commended for her "exceptional contribution in hetero-epitaxy of highly mismatched III-V photonics devices by MOCVD" and its lasting impacts.
