Dr. Wang Feng received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Medicine from Peking University. He joined the lab of Prof. XUE Hong at HKUST and obtained his PhD in Biochemistry in 2008. He then joined IAS HKUST-Scripps R&D laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Paul SCHIMMEL (IAS Senior Visiting Member) and Prof ZHANG Mingjie as a Research Associate. His current research interest is to understand the relationship between histidyl-tRNA synthetase and myositis by using molecular and cell biology.
