Dr. Zuo Chunman received her BS in Computer Science and Technology from Northeast Forestry University in 2013, followed by her PhD in Computer Science and Technology (Bioinformatics) from Jilin University (JLU) in 2018. While pursuing her PhD, she was also jointly trained by Prof. XU Ying at the Institute of Bioinformatics at The University of Georgia (UGA) between 2016 and 2018. Dr. Zuo has become an IAS Postdoctoral Fellow since April 2019. She is now focusing on the precision oncology or medicine driven by the whole genome or exon sequencing data, RNA-seq data and single-cell data, including tumor evolution modeling in time and space, and immunotherapy.

Dr. Zuo worked with Prof. WANG Jiguang, Division of Life Science and Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering.
