Dr. Renu Singh is a Research Assistant Professor in the Division of Public Policy and a Junior Fellow at the Jockey Club Institute for Advanced Study at HKUST. She was formerly a Postdoctoral Fellow at the O’Neill Institute for National and Global Health Law at Georgetown University Law Center, and a 2017-18 Fulbright Fellow at the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin. Dr. Singh received her PhD and MA in Government from Georgetown. She also has an MS in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a BS in Microbiology and BA in Political Science (summa cum laude) from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Her research focuses on comparative social policy, global health security, and the political economy of health. Her work has been published by the Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law, BMJ Global Health, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and Duck of Minerva, among others.
