IAS Senior Visiting Fellow Professor Surendra SHAH Elected to the Academy of Athens

Prof.Surendra SHAH, IAS Senior Visiting Fellow, was elected to be one of the Corresponding Members of the Academy of Athens in the Section of Sciences in recognition of his contributions to the field of Engineering and Concrete Materials. The Academy of Athens, with its name reference to the ancient Academy of Plato, was established in 1926. Prof. Shah is another IAS academic who was elected to the Academy after Prof. Sir Christopher PISSARIDES.
