Overview

Microeconometrics has been one of the most active research areas in economics. Over the recent decades, we have seen significant progress in identification, estimation and testing of various microeconometric models.

The workshop on “Advances in Microeconometrics”, sponsored by HKUST Jockey Club Institute for Advanced Study, will be held at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on May 23 and 24, 2014. The two-day workshop brings together some of the most prominent researchers worldwide to discuss recent advancements in the research of microeconometrics.
