Dr. Zhang Ruixue received her PhD from the Department of Management in The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST) in August 2018. After a year of service as a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Department, Dr. Zhang shifted to Rennes School of Business in Rennes, France as an Assistant Professor in September 2019. From July 2021, Dr. Zhang has returned to her alma mater as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Management and was concurrently appointed as IAS Junior Fellow until June 2023. Her research interests lie in the Organizational Behavior field, in particular Proactive Personality, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Creativity, and Abusive Supervision. She has publications on Personnel Psychology and Journal of Service Research.
