Dr. Liu Zhuo received his PhD in physics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2019. Before pursuing his PhD, he did researches on the synthesis and characterization of porous materials at Jilin University. When he was a PhD student, Dr. Liu studied the temperature dependence of protein dynamics by combining neutron scattering and molecular dynamics simulation. In 2019, Dr. Liu becomes an IAS Tin Ka Ping Fellow and focuses on the study of protein dynamics via advanced simulation techniques and sophisticated experimental skills.
