Dr. Zeng Lin received his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Applied Chemistry from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2008 and 2010 respectively. After graduation with his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from HKUST in 2014, he joined the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering in the same university as a Visiting Scholar. In October 2015, he became an IAS Postdoctoral Fellow.

Dr. Zeng has authored and co-authored 21 journal papers. His research interests are in the area of clean energy-conversion technologies and renewable energy-storage technologies. He has particular research interests in fuel cells, flow batteries, electrocatalysis and ion exchange membranes.

Dr. Zeng worked with Prof. ZHAO Tianshou.
