Dr. Fei Ye received her BSc in Chemistry from Fudan University in 2008. After graduation, she joined Prof. Mingjie Zhang's group in HKUST for her doctoral studies and obtained her PhD in Biochemistry in 2013. Then, she joined IAS as a Postdoctoral Fellow from 2013 to 2015. Since the spring of 2015, Dr. Ye has been a Research Assistant Professor of the Division of Life Science at HKUST. Dr. Ye has authored and co-authored 7 scientific papers. Her current research focuses on molecular mechanisms of scaffold proteins in neuronal signaling network and visual phototransduction by using biochemistry and NMR spectroscopy.
