Dr. Wang Yiran received his PhD in Mathematics from Purdue University in August 2015 following his BS in Mathematics from Wuhan University and MPhil in Mathematics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. In September 2015, he joined IAS as a Postdoctoral Fellow. His research interests include spectral and scattering theory on manifolds, microlocal analysis and its applications to partial differential equations and geometry.

Dr. Wang worked with Prof. Gunther UHLMANN.
