Dr. Wan received his PhD in Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2015. Since 2015, he was an IAS Postdoctoral Fellow. Dr Wan has published papers on Journal of Management and Management and Organization Review. His research interests include (1) top management team composition and corporate governance/firm strategy/performance; (2) corporate social responsibility; (3) firm-specific resources and human capital.

Dr. Wan worked with Prof Jiatao Li, Department of Management.
