Dr. Toshifumi Noumi received his PhD in Physics from the University of Tokyo in 2013. As a postdoctoral researcher he worked in RIKEN from 2013 to 2015. In October 2015, he joined IAS as a Postdoctoral Fellow. His research interests are mainly in string theory, particle physics and cosmology. Recently he has focused on inflationary cosmology, string field theory and holography in particular.
