Overview

The Chinese Creative Writing Program was first launched in 2013 at the HKUST Jockey Club Institute for Advanced Study. Chaired by Prof Liu Zaifu, a world-acclaimed literary theorist and critic, the program invites 3-4 Chinese contemporary writers, novelists, journalists or scholars to visit the HKUST every year. Recent visitors. The Program supports humanities education at HKUST and provides a dialogue platform connecting audience with great contributors to Chinese literature. Through this creative experience, the Program highlights the glamour in Chinese literature and fosters creativity.

香港科技大學賽馬會高等研究院自2013年秋天開展了中國文學創作研究專題，由著名的文學理論家及評論家劉再復教授主持，計劃每年邀請三至四位蜚聲國際的中國當代作家及學者來駐校訪問。項目旨在促進香港科技大學的人文科學教育，讓師生有機會跟世界級文學大師當面對話與接觸，體會中國當代文學的魅力、並開發自我創作的潛力，從而體驗多彩和詩意的文學想象世界。
