Dr. Guo Dengyang received his MSc from Changchun Institute of Optics, Fine Mechanics and Physics (CIOMP) of Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2015, and his PhD degree from Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) in 2019. Then, he worked in the Cavendish Laboratory of University of Cambridge as a postdoc researcher. In July 2023, he joined HKUST as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Physics and concurrently as a Junior Fellow in the HKUST Jockey Club Institute for Advanced Study. His research interests are in optoelectronics, charge carrier dynamics, ultrafast spectroscopy and quantum transients.
