Nobel Lecture Fireside Chat

Overview

Join us for an inspiring and wide-ranging conversation featuring two world-renowned biologists, both of whom are 2013 Nobel Laureates in Physiology or Medicine: Prof. Thomas C. SÜDHOF and Prof. Randy W. SCHEKMAN. Together, Prof. SÜDHOF and Prof. SCHEKMAN made breakthrough discoveries about the machinery that transports and delivers cellular cargo, thus revolutionizing our understanding of these fundamental biological processes that lie central to almost all of human health, including brain function and hormone secretion. In this special interactive fireside chat moderated by Prof. Angela Ruohao WU, our distinguished guests will share candid insights into their pioneering scientific journeys, the future of life sciences, and the power of scientific curiosity. The discussion will feature a Q&A session with questions from the audience.
